1. Digital Product Refunds
Due to the nature of digital goods (such as templates and files), all sales are final. However, we may consider refund requests under specific circumstances:
- You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.
- You’re experiencing a technical issue that we’re unable to resolve.
- The product is significantly different from the description or preview.
- All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
2. Custom Services Refunds
For editing or design services, refunds are issued based on project progress:
- Before work begins: 100% refund.
- After work begins: Partial refund may be granted based on completed milestones or time spent.
- After final delivery: No refunds available.
